1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
CoolWave Systems Zimbabwe provides air conditioning installation, maintenance, repair, and related HVAC services. All services are subject to availability and our standard terms and conditions.
3. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
- Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during installation or repair.
- Additional work not included in the original quote will be quoted separately before proceeding.
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50-70% is required before commencement of installation work.
- Balance is due upon completion of work.
- Service and repair work is payable upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and EcoCash.
5. Warranties
- Workmanship Warranty: 90 days on all installation and repair work.
- Equipment Warranty: As per manufacturer's terms (typically 1-5 years).
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, or lack of maintenance.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled work: Full refund of deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours: 50% of deposit may be retained.
- No-shows without notice: Deposit may be forfeited.
7. Liability
CoolWave Systems Zimbabwe carries liability insurance for our work. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed before work commences
- Damage caused by power surges or electrical faults
- Consequential losses arising from equipment failure
- Damage to property not caused by our technicians
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing safe and clear access to work areas
- Ensuring adequate electrical supply for equipment
- Regular maintenance of installed equipment
- Reporting any issues promptly
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of CoolWave Systems Zimbabwe and may not be used without permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.
